Flora Fefie is a board certified Health Practitioner and Health Coach. She earned her board of certification from Integrative Nutrition and American Association Drugless Practitioner. 
After completing her studies, she has dedicated her time in spreading health and wellness throughout the city of Houston, Texas and surrounding area.
She has conducted numerous workshops and seminars on health topics as obesity, hypertension, and diabetes and cancer prevention. Her primary objectives have been to educate others regarding self-health management and to motivate them to take a more proactive role in staying healthy.

Flora Fefie has been a strong advocate of holistic approach for many years and promotes the concept of treating the person as a whole, with a special attention to interconnections of the individual's overall physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being. She is a mother of five children, a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She worked for AT& T for over 30 years and now enjoys spending time helping others to make long-term life style changes that will drastically improve their quality of living on earth.

Charles Hebert, Jr. currently serves as Owner/President of H&H Medical Services, Inc. H&H Medical Services, Inc. is privately owned agency targeted to provide in home patient care needs in the Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Beaumont areas. The company was started January 31, 1995 by Dr. Charles Hebert, Jr. and Ruthie Hebert.
In August 2010, Dr. Hebert retired from Houston Community College having completed thirty six years of service. Dr. Hebert served as Associate Vice Chancellor for Workforce Development from 1998 to 2009, with his last appointment being Special Assistant to the Deputy Chancellor where he directed the College-wide Minority Male Initiative.

Dr. Hebert completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Southern University. Additional educational studies include a Master Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, Missouri and the Doctorate of Education in Vocational Technical and Career Education from Oklahoma State University at Stillwater Oklahoma.

Dr. Hebert has received several honors notable of mention throughout his professional endeavors. In 1970, he was selected as an Educational Professional Development Act 552 Fellow to represent the State of Texas to pursue a Doctorate of Education. In 1990, he was selected as an Outstanding Graduate of the School of Technology at Texas Southern University and was inducted to the Wall of Honor - Distinguished Alumni School of Technology - Texas Southern University.

In 2007, he was the recipient of the Administrators of the year award presented by the College Office Professional Association - HCC. He received the Chancellor's Medallion for Outstanding Leadership, in 2005. Also, he received the Chancellor's Eagle Award in 2010 for distinguish service to HCC.

During Charles' tenure at HCC, he developed the following instructional programs: Building Code Technology (Associate Degree) Program; Instructional Assistant (Teacher Aide); Legal Assistant Technology; Communication with the Deaf; Arson Investigation and Child Care Development (Associate Degree) Programs.

Charles is an active member of the March of Faith Ministries and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for St. Agnes Christian Academy K-through the 5th grade. He has served as Chairman of the Scholarship Committee and currently served as a member of the March of Faith Children Ministries.

He is married to Ruthie L. Hebert, R.N., who is owner of H&H Medical Services, Inc. They have two sons, Kevin and Keith, and five grandchildren.
