    • Immunizations & Vaccinations: Tetanus, DTaP, Td/Tdap, Varicella (whooping cough, Human Papillomavirus (HPV), Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Pneumococcal, and more
  • Tuberculosis (TB) Testing
    • Primary care and work purposes
  • Mammograms
    • CCIHS has partnered with The Rose for the past five years to provide bi-monthly mammography screenings at little to no cost to our patients.
  • Family Planning
    • Services include male and female birth control, counseling and referrals
  • Women's Health
    • Services include breast and cervical cancer screening, annual well woman's exams, mammography screenings, family planning, primary care and preventative care
  • Men's Health 
    • Services include prostate and colon cancer screening, family planning, primary care and preventative care 
  • Pediatric Care
    • Services include routine physicals, immunizations and sick child visits
    • Texas Health Steps is a Medicaid program offered at CCIHS that gives your child free medical checkups starting at birth and free dental checkups starting at 6 months of age. Learn more about the program here.
    • The Vaccines For Children (VFC) Program provides vaccines to children whose parents or guardians may not be able to afford them. VFC eligible children include: Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, underinsured, and American Indians or Alaska Natives. Learn more about the program here.
